There is an opening at the Marine Department, as a Junior Project Engineer, of a cable installation company in Elefsina. This is a permanent job and not an internship.

The position has been established for the purpose of supporting the Fleet Conversions Team dealing with the vessel modifications, conversions, outfitting and customizations necessary for meeting project and client requirements.

The candidate will be joining a current team of experienced personnel to enhance the capacity and capability of the Division, in light of the ever-increasing workload.

The candidate will also be supporting the Marine Division of the company, charged with the maintenance and regulatory compliance of the fleet as required (i.e. installation of new equipment as required according to rules and regulations, replacement of equipment that is outdated or beyond economically viable repair, support in emergency repairs, etc.).

The candidate will be required to undertake complete project management of the various conversion/modification/outfitting work, from concept design to execution, supervision and completion.
